Here’s an unbelievable introductory offer at Kauai’s new Koloa Landing Wyndham Grand. For $169 per night you can stay in a one bedroom villa. Offer ends May 20. This is an incredible deal considering this unit sells for $900k. If I didn’t live here, I’d be first in line to make a reservation.

The Koloa Landing Wyndham Grand Resort, located at Poipu Beach, has just completed 85 units in Phase 1 of construction. This preview rate is to help familiarize visitors with their new property.

Features of Koloa Landing’s One Bedroom Villa

• Fully equipped kitchens with granite counter-tops and appliances by Sub-Zero and Wolf
• In-suite laundry
• MP3 player docking stations and Wi-Fi Internet access throughout

You can upgrade to ocean view for $20 more or have a two-bedroom unit for $239. There is an additional $10 per night resort fee which includes Internet access, use of the gym facilities, and pool towels.
