Don’t have any particular suggestions, but I’ll say that the evenings are quite a bit cooler as of this past week. So definitely a sweater and something waterproof for rain. Have a great time and let us know how you enjoy it.

Are you considering renting cars on the islands? I think you can find good deals (try using the Island Air website discount codes), and they’ll pick you up and drop you off at the dock.

I am leaving in a few hours to embark this Honolulu roundtrip ‘7 Night Hawaii Cruise’. I will let you know about our first Hawaii experience once we are back home.

We have taken this cruise twice and will repeat it this winter using the deal noted here. Experienced cruisers will be disappointed in the ship because it lacks the quality in meals and service one is used to but by using it as a floating hotel its a fantastic way to visit the islands economically. You need to unpack only once and can save a fortune on meals and hotel rooms.

Keep in mind that the real attraction is Hawaii not the ship.
