Thanks for the reminder. I just can’t decide on some properties that have such opposite reviews. Great/terrible & when they are saying that this or that isn’t right, bad service etc. but others say they are wonderful – how do you know which way to go on that property.
I like how Amazon shows if someone is a verified purchaser or not. I believe with AirBNB you have to have stayed at the place in order to leave a review although I am not sure about that. I think this information just makes me more aware now to look for those verified guest/purchaser type of logos on peoples reviews.

Any review with the word “amazing” and any food review including the word “yummy” are immediately suspect. Either they’re phony or the reviewer has no meaningful experience.
