Boston

  • From $563 round trip (all-inclusive).
  • Alaska Airlines.
  • No Friday or Sunday travel.
  • Purchase by December 4.
  • I used Kayak and Orbitz to find available dates and fares.

Chicago

  • From $549 round trip (all-inclusive).
  • Multiple airlines, including Alaska, American, Delta, Continental, United Airlines.
  • I used Kayak and Orbitz to find available dates and fares.
  • Rules and dates vary by carrier.
  • Good availability.

Charlotte

  • From $525 round trip (all-inclusive)
  • Delta Airlines.
  • Advance purchase:  14 days
  • Minimum/maximum days:  3/60
  • I used Kayak and Orbitz to find available dates and fares.

New York

Note

If you’re coming to Hawaii from the Mid-West or East Coast and I didn’t mention your airport, don’t dispair.  I’m finding lots of other cities offering similar deals, so check on Kayak for example, to see if yours is included.

    Two days ago, we booked Omaha-Kona for $650 on United after taxes… however, we just checked, and it’s gone now…and in fact, is about $100 more than before the sale.
