Our guests have exclusive use of a separate 1,600 square foot level, with two bedrooms, living and dining area, full kitchen, private lanai and patio. Nightly rates from $189 for double occupancy (add $25 nightly for third/fourth guest). Cleaning fee is $150. We think it’s a unique, great Hawaii deal and only available to one Beat of Hawaii guest or family at a time. A six night minimum stay is required and 4 guest limit.

greetings, we are kauai aficionados and would live on kauai,part time if we could. thanks for this site, an unbiased look at kauai(we think) and how to get there. i am writing specifically about waikomo stream, we stayed there 3 or 4 times when nancy and grantham managed the site. it was very pleasant, not expensive and relatively quiet. we’re wondering if work has restarted on the development to the east meaning a price reduction was in order because of construction noise.we have enquired and will let you know what we hear.
your own rental intrigues us. we guessing it’s uphill from kalaheo. are we right? our daughter starts university at byu-oahu in sept. she was coming home for christmas but now, maybe not!!! cheers. paul and gail retallack saltspring island, b.c.
