		<description>Aloha Jeff,
I must admit that those quoted Hyatt Kauai and Maui special room rates of $179/nt. and $149/nt. are definitely a bargain for Hyatt standards and rates.

However, those &#039;bargain&#039; rates for a stay at a Hawaii 4-star hotel are normally attracting the middle class but with the recession and the economic slowdown hitting the middle class the worst, I doubt that the Hyatt will experience a big boost in its inquiries.

Hawaii ocean front or Maui ocaen view condos with rates under the $100/nt. for low season and around $129/nt. for high season, currently experience a pick-up in vacation rental inquiries.
