Does anyone know if the ECertificate is transferable to someone else?

Excellent question. I’m not sure how this particular ECertificate will work, but I believe the the answer to your question is yes. I triedd using a different ECertificate I had this evening, and I could use it for another person, as long as I logged into my account first, and then used another person’s name that I had saved as the passenger.
