Mauna Lani is a beautiful, unique property that gets fantastic reviews. It’s located on my favorite part of the Big Island, the north Kohala coast. I don’t recall ever seeing it on sale below $300 a night, and the rack rates start at $455. Just returned from our third stay at the Mauna Lani. Sorry to say we paid ALOT more. This is a fantastic deal. The property is an oasis, very low key and old Hawaii, with alot of attention paid to Hawaiian culture, nature all around and lots of fun. The staff is amazing. Lots of complimentary activities. By all means, GO!
