This is a fantastic price for this newly built quality condo complex in Kapaa. Owners paid at fortune for these units just a couple of years ago. Sadly, their loss is your gain.

Believe me the $199/nt. at the Fairmont Orchid Mauna Lani is a great deal. This hotel was originally a Ritz and really designed for a luxury vacation. We always loved playing tennis there and enjoyed the white sand beach – lovely lagoon protected from big ocean waves. The hotel was remodeled a few years ago improving the tropical Hawaiian ambience.
One of the nicest features is the nightly hula performance on the lawn in front of Brown’s Beach House restaurant. Tables next to the lawn are available on a first come first serve basis. BTW for the guests interested in early bird specials, Brown’s Beach House offers Sunset Dinner Special: A three course meal including Appetizer, Entree and Dessert for $49. Great value and location for luxury Kohala Coast Resort restaurants.
