Your’re right on the price. As it says in the post, after February the best price is currently $625. Its more for your dates because of Spring break. Then at the end of May it goes back down to $625. All of these are reasonably priced for east coast to Hawaii though and I’m not anticipating significant improvement, if any.

I can’t find a New York (EWR) to Honolulu fare less tha $689 RT. We are travelling Apr1-Apr12 for a Norwegian Cruise Line cruise Apr3-Apr10. Is it too soon or too late to get a lower fare? I saw a fare for about $500 2 months ago but never that low since. What do you recommend?

The only one I recall ever having a red-eye was Los Angeles, and not for a while. I believe HA is reusing the crew, which means they need that many hours on the ground before returning.

The Seattle prices have been in the $300 range for sometime, and as I indicated, will likely remain low until next June.

The price is definitely right: $300 for RT to Hawaii but Phoenix or AZ is not really the main clientele for visits to Hawaii during the winter months. AZ gets their own snowbirds during the winter months. SEATTLE + WA residents would love this RT deal to Hawaii.

With reference to your PHX -HNL Hawaiian Air advisory; I see ZERO red -eye flights departing HNL bound for Phoenix, Los Angeles, Las Vegas nor San Diego.
When did this happen/do they not realize how inconvenient such scheduling makes it for flyers making connections to the east?
