You’re not going to believe this Kauai deal. I had to check it out for myself just to be sure. The Parrish Collection Kauai is offering its Waikomo Stream Villas at Poipu Beach from $58 nightly through June 30, 2012.
You get a spacious condo with kitchen, great room, lanai and even Malie organic bath products and save 50% off their regular rates. That means your 1 or 2 bedroom condo is only $58 to $135 nightly for up to 6 guests.
Updated 7/20: This deal has expanded to also include The Cottages at Poipu Kai, for $59 nightly from now through 2012.
How To Get Their “HI Five:” Call them at 800-325-5701. You have to stay at least 6 nights and complete your stay by June 30, 2012. Blackout dates are December 19 to January 5, subject to availability. Tax, processing and cleaning fees are extra. But parking is free.
My Review of Waikomo Stream Villas: I had a property tour recently. The interiors are spacious as you’ll see from the photo and nicely furnished. The property has a garden setting with distant ocean views. The vibe was casual and relaxed. Their location is near the new Kukuiula Village shopping center.

That is even a lower nightly rate which I found recently for a Maui condo at Kihei Garden Estates for $79/nt, no cleaning fees, which are also fully equipped and next to a nice white sand beach.
More amazing though is that the Parrish Collection Kauai condos deal has only the few blackout dates over Christmas and New Year’s.
