Spring and Summer Hawaii Inter-Island Fare Sale

April 7, 2012. Today we have the fourth in an unusual string of recent inter-island Hawaii travel deals. Not only that, but there is some availability all summer long, which might just bring back the notion of an island-hopping Hawaii vacation.

I’m not sure who started this round of Hawaii deals, whether it was Hawaiian or Go!Mokulele. In any event, it’s available at both websites. On some routes, savings can be as much as 50% off normal fares, so this is a good opportunity to save.

• Reduced fares are only available on flights between Honolulu and the Big Island, Kauai and Maui and on those between Kona and Maui.
• Tickets are $72-$75. Between Kona and Maui, the cost is an even better $65. Prices are one way, plus tax.
• For Hawaiian, purchase tickets by April 30 for travel through June 30. For Go!Mokulele sale pricing is available for travel all summer.
• Availability is somewhat tight and sale pricing is not offered on every flight or even every day. So act quickly for best selection.
