Is there any hope for airfare to go down between July 28th through August 4th.

Would you drive to Austin? Fares run up to $200 less from there. Starting at $500 off-season. San Antonio starts about $700, unless you want to spend 20+ hours getting there.

I’m planning a trip over the July 4th Holiday in 2018 (my birthday), and wondering when to expect deals (if any) that might cover that time period. Because I’m not sure what dates I might be there…flexible to a degree….I also am not sure when/how to book accommodations as well. It’s hard seeing all these great deals on winter/spring travel.
Hello! Is anyone able to help? I have been waiting until Black Friday/Cyber Monday to purchase flights from Denver to Honolulu in January. Dates are flexible within time frame Jan 9 – 19th. Willing to do one stop on flight also if that drops the price. Struggling to find a good cyber Monday deal. Any help is appreciated! Thanks!

$444 RT on Delta widely available in January on that route. Your exact departure date won’t work ($150 more). But 8 to 18th works and it is a quick connection.

hello, I was looking to travel to Maui from Dallas in June and was hoping to catch a cyber Monday deal, but it looks like all the travel deals are for Jan-March. Are there any deals I’m missing for June?

No you didn’t miss anything. Those $240 fares each way are just through February. Not sure if June will improve but it isn’t likely for peak season on that route.

Any flight deals from New York / New Jersey to Hawaii? We’re looking at mid-april 2018 time frame, when should we book the flights? It’ll be our first time – super excited & thanks in advance for any tips! As of now, it looks like round trips are ~$700-$800

Yes, that is the price range. If the price drops, it will probably be for flights with one or two connections and a long duration. Those could go out at about $550 if you wait. Highly recommend one of the two nonstops.

You can see from today’s article that fares from NYC are down to $500’s, albeit for earlier in the year. That might come back for later in April and May. Doesn’t matter which airline – that’s entirely up to you. Google Flights is fine for searching, but best to buy from the airline directly.

No you didn’t wait too long. Your dates are still in holiday high season. So $654 if you can’t change and that may or may not improve. If you can go January 3-10 instead, then the price drops to $414 on Hawaiian. A great price.

I love flying to Kona from Seattle. However to get a lower price I would have to fly with at least 1 stop over and the duration would be from 12hr to almost 20hr waiting for a 6.5hr non stop plate. That is crazy. Alaska Air only has 2 nonstops from/to Seattle.
Come on Alaska, this is no deal.

As it says in the article, “travel mostly from January through early March, 2018.” There is sale availability on that route starting the end of August, on United for $366 RT.

I would wait to see if Southwest Airlines starts flying to Hawaii summer 2018. Prices will drop when they do.
