United has somewhat of a repeat fare sale this week. It is similar in that it contains the same cities as last week. It is different in that it does not go through the end of their schedule or include Summer dates. Nonetheless these are great deals for long-distance travel to Honolulu.
Airline: United Airlines
Cities included: Atlanta, Cincinnati, Dallas, Detroit, Memphis, Miami, Minneapolis, and Salt Lake City.
Cost: Approximately $195 each way, $450 all inclusive round-trip.
Dates: Now through mid-December and April through May. Some February and March dates for about $50 higher each way.
Availability: Good. I found dates using 
Kayak.
