- Phoenix to Honolulu $190 each way. November dates excluding Thanksgiving. For travel through May +$30 each way. Hawaiian Airlines.
- Denver to Honolulu $226-264 each way. Through early February 2014, excluding all holidays. USAirways.
- Chicago to Honolulu $272 each way. Only a few dates in mid-November. USAirways.
