I cannot sell our Maui VRs soon enough, we bought our first unit 15 years ago. With the ever increasing taxes, costs of cleaning, HOA dues, maintenance…. they are a terrible investment. Rents are not keeping up and the added taxes have forced visitors to look elsewhere. Until a decision is made one way or another, it is silly to list your properties for sale.
