    1. Well sadly they were produced under a very different Boeing then the great company it use to be. Clear case of profit
becoming the primary driver when in the past quality was, and then the profits followed.
Plane has been heavily scrutinized so it should be ok, but I certainly wouldn’t fly one inter island. That’s not what it’s designed for and
I would bet we’ll be seeing issues with that.

  1. We just returned home to Orange County from a 18 day awesome vacation “home”.
We returned to our beloved Kaanapali,Maui timeshare and seeing our beautiful Ohana on Oahu who we haven’t seen in 20 months because of the pandemic. To see their sweet faces again was very emotional.
At HNL the day we flew back to LAX on Alaska Airlines we realized we’re scheduled on a 737 Max8.
First reaction was say what ??? But the flight was fine, kinda turbulent but OK.
American crews in the cockpit, we believe in

  2. I recently flew to and from Kauai on a 737 Max jet. I have to say that going over was the worst flight I’ve been on, going to Hawaii. I really thought this was it and how that plane stayed in the air, had to be a miracle. It was dark, no flight attendants were allowed to be out of their seats and nothing from the flight deck over the intercom. I am grateful to the pilots that got all of us through that, they are heroes. My flight back was just a little bit turbulent, also a 737 Max. Thanks again
