Also please include refund when a lower fare is published after purchasing a full fare ticket.
Currently Hawaiin airlines will not refund the difference in price if there is a lower fare for the same route.
They will require additional $$ for a new ticket if the price is higher , but will not refund if price is lower

The DOT has not yet (apparently) opened the docket for comments. Please let us know when they do so; this (along with the proposed regulation of airline seat sizes) is important to many of us!

A full refund is good for any business . USA airlines treat people as secondary people. Even for loss luggage, this needs to be increase the amount of money people can collect. There is a expectation for luggage to follow you. Since everything is computerized.
I support a full refund especially if it’s the airline faults.
