    I just tried to use Safe Travels and the best it would do is let me sign up and register the trip. Tried to get the vaccine clearance but that wouldn’t work. Will have to take all the documents to PDX; hope it works.

    Does anyone know if United has reinstated pre-clearance in Denver? I’d sure like to get that bracelet if possible!

      They did offer wristbands the last time I connected thru DEN on United. That was in April 2021 however in my subsequent travels, United has always offered this service in their major hubs like ORD, LAX and SFO. Typically, the pre-clearance line is next to departure gate but not always. Allow extra time as many passengers are doing the same thing. To expedite process, make sure you have your QR code (provided from Safe Travels website) and photo ID.

        Thanks, Lance. They were still doing it in November when we went, but we had heard from friends, that they have ended it. Probably a labor shortage!

      Jan 23 2022 HNL from Denver. Had to contact a virtual agent at the gate via a FaceTime/conference call. There is a QR code to scan at the gate for virtual agent. You provide your hawaii travel safe info and they check your ID. After you are finished with them, your mobile boarding pass changes to say travel approved (or something) and your QR code/info in your hawaii safe account changes. The gate agent can look at this and then give a wristband. That was my experience. It was a bit confusing

        We came from Denver this week. What we discovered was that you could have your documents checked via “chat” when you check in, 24 hours ahead. Then the agent will change your Boarding pass to say, “travel ready.” We had to go to the gate going to Honolulu at the airport to get our wristband, but we were able to get it ahead, avoiding the lines in Lihue.

    We are flying to Maui via United Airlines. We fly from Orlando to Denver then to Maui. We only have 50 minutes between flights. Can and where can we get the pre clearance band in Denver
