Aloha,
I read the article dated December 3, 2023 stating Alaska Airlines acquires Hawaiian Airlines (depending upon if all the legal terms are met).
My question is this…Will my Hawaiian Miles be honored by Alaska Airlines and/or the “One World” Airlines organization?
Your attention to this as well as your response would be appreciated.

I always found it interesting how Alaska flight attendants, would get on the mic and talk about how they were competitive with SW. SW has been using a version of OneWorld for some time now, it’s with other countries’airlines. In general, I found Alaska to treat their customers fairly badly with a good many last minute cancellation. However, if you’re flying out of the North West it’s hard to beat Alaska. I do like United they always went out of their way to make their customers happy. I have not used SW long enough to form an opinion yet, so far so good, I do like their all business approach to flying.
Aloha
I flew Hawaiian from jfk to hnl years ago thru American Airlines. Plus many Hawaiian Air flights interisland thru AA. What a benefit to be able to resume this again, paid or by points, if they join the One World Alliance
Its a win win for everyone jfk to hnl, and beyond.

Hi Guy.
There will be much more information as this unfolds. Stand by for all of that including what becomes of the two mileage plans.
Aloha.
I hope they do. It would bring two fantastic airlines together

Don’t ever fly SW unless you like being treated like cattle
