Aloha. Mahalo for the update on Hawaiian Airlines. I know you can’t predict the future, but would appreciate your opinion anyway. Do you think their increase in profit will allow them to meet the union’s demands and avoid a strike? We are flying to Maui in mid-May. Warmest regards.

Not sure there’s a relationship between profits and their negotiations. The bigger issue is they would not want to have a strike during this period of intense competition. So gut says you will be fine.
