I do not believe there are any other States in which citizens are not free to travel within the State.

My family and I decided to go to the mainland until HI government gets their act together and quits killing the economy with the travel/quarantine restrictions. We’re now spending money and paying sales taxes in another state. Just another example of what big government does to the HI economy

Thank you for being so conscientious. We have a Time Share at Kapaa, Kauai.Unable to stay in the resort bubble since the condos don’t have a restaurant, we have to go to the grocery store or eat out at the neighborhood restaurants. Hopefully with a negative covid-19 test and the networking with CVS we will be able to visit soon.

Hi Sharon.
Thanks. We hope that all works out.
Aloha.

This is a step in the right direction. My wife and I along with two other couples plan to travel to the islands next April. We will be visiting three different islands, Hawaii, Kauai and Maui. Even if there are still mask and social distancing rules, we’d still like to go. I’m hoping that they have the rapid testing program in place by then. If the professional and college sports teams can do it on a daily basis, then why can’t Hawaii? I understand the precautions that Hawaii has to take, but for the state to survive, they need to safely reopen the economy via tourism etc.
