  1. Aloha,

Hawaii needs to require a negative test for ALL travelers!!!
    End of story!!!
This is a ridiculous issue for the state to have been dealing with for so long now while there is far more serious things that need to be handled… Talk about a real hamster wheel!!!

  2. Perhaps it is more difficult to check for the antibodies that your body makes once you have covid-19? Or perhaps some of the people that thought they had covid didn’t really have covid and so don’t have covid antibodies?
US airlines will eventually have to have the same requirements that the international airlines are adopting. Being fully vaccinated before you get on a flight will not be simply about flying to Hawaii. Anyone that doesn’t have the vaccine will eventually not be able to fly anywhere within the US, including Hawaii, nor will they be able to fly out of the country. They will either have to be fully vaccinated or they will have to take a 72-hour test prior to flight even if it costs them extra money and they have to travel long distances to get that testing. That will just become the cost of traveling by air and I think it will also eventually include traveling by train and bus as well. And rightfully so. This is a worldwide pandemic. We all have to do as much as we can to stop the spread of this disease. This includes putting our selfish ideals aside and doing what is best for the entire society. Right now the majority of Americans have determined that being vaccinated is the right thing for this society. That might change in the future but we can’t know that now. If people refuse to get vaccinated, then they will have to continue to test and I think eventually even testing will not be enough. We will probably need to be vaccinated and to test on both ends of a flight from anywhere to anywhere. Is there a risk from taking the vaccine? Yes. But there is a risk for getting up in the morning and walking outside. Something can fly from the sky and hit you in the head and kill you. All life is risky. There is a much greater risk of hospitalization and eventual death or hospitalization and ongoing problems that could last you the rest of your life if you don’t get vaccinated. Don’t make this about personal liberty. Make it about helping your fellow man.

  3. Still waiting for an island-centered comment re:FDA having quite often been in bed with Monsanto, and Monsanto’s deep, “unfortunate”influence on the islands. “FDA approved vaccine/s.” 😂
Now seeing that studies back up what Pfizer has been saying….that their own product loses effectiveness after a short period of time. Cha-ching.
    This is all…..bad. Really bad.
    Money.
