What about flights from Everett, Wa or Seattle Wa? Also how old does a child have to be to fly without a paren?
Not sure what you are talking about. Maybe I needed to reserve the minute I received this? I just looked at Hawaiian SJC to Lih Oct 14-21 and fares are around $700-900.
So went to Hawaiian airlines site and only shows Hawaii cities to mainland for $62. Not mainland to Hawaiian cities
