    Recently, I was on flight from DC to LA and the plane was being fixed for reverse thruster issues. Mind you, this plane was already delayed on its previous flight by 15 hrs. First a three hour delay and then longer because they decided we needed a different plane.

    Finally, over 5 hrs later we pushed off of the gate just to return to the gate within minutes because two passengers realized they were on the wrong flight.

    I filed a complaint with TSA about it being a security risk that two people were able to board the wrong plane and they said to contact the airline. Not feeling safe flying anymore.

    Hi BOH,

    It would appear UAL383 from HNL to DEN diverted back to HNL last night. I think it’s another case of their older 777-200 fleet showing its age with maintenance issues. I wonder for how many more years United can justify those aircraft on Hawaii routes.
