I have flown Hawaiian Airlines ever since ATA went out of business (and stranded me in Hilo) The only thing I do not like is their revised website. It was much easier to choose your flight and get the best price with the old one. Now they post round trip and it is very hard to find the best price and the best airport to use. They get a minus for that. However, I go every year and the rest of the service is fine. When I get on the plane I feel like I’m almost there. (the “meals” have deteriorated and you don’t get a cookie anymore nor pretzels with your drink) When I had to transport a kitten back home with me they were very accommodating. They even asked if I needed another seat because there would be a dog in the aisle across from me. (Now if I can just get them to do a non-stop from SFO to Hilo 🙂 )
