    1. I’m so disappointed then Hawaiian Airlines cancel flights from MCO ( Orlando) this is an amazing point of different travelers, including my self, I travel last year 2 times on the Airline and now they just decide not flight anymore. Consider again back to Orlando

  1. I’m disabled and on a very low income status. I may not have long to live.(?)🙏. I’m tech-duh and having a great difficulty booking a flight from LNY to ORD RT. I need a low fare, short layover times, and Handicap seating. Also if you can make a payment plan for the total cost. Thank you so very much, Roger.
PS:June 26 to July 11. I need to visit my Family and possibly get a second opinion on my Heart Surgery.

    1. Hi Roger.

Unfortunately, what you are asking for is entirely outside the scope of what we do. Perhaps the best solution would be to find a travel agent, perhaps one based in Honolulu, who can help. They will charge a small fee for airline booking, but it might keep you out of a world of difficulty. We hope it works out for you.

      Aloha.

    2. lolz, this is the same airline that overcharged locals hundreds on little interisland flights once aloha folded. they only care about $, not your problems.

      1. Similar distanced flights from other carriers in the US for regular pricing, outside of occasional specials, are far more than Hawaiian charges or has charged, the interisland pricing in Hawai’i is one of the best deals in the United States and even at the hundreds pricing is still less than a lot of similar pricing in the mainland. Case in point, Dallas Love field, Southwest’s Base, to Austin, advance lowest priced far is $224 on Southwest, that is the same distance as Honolulu to Kona. Southwest actually internally brags about trying to put Hawaiian and Alaska out of business, at which point you would see much higher fares interisland, and nowhere near the number of flights.

    3. I’d sure love a Hilo to Mainland flight. Really missing the old United flight to LAX… Fingers crossed somebody picks it up!

  2. It’s so disappointing that Hawaiian airlines has never offered non stop flights from Hilo to Lihue. It sometimes takes longer to get to Lihue that it would to the West coast. Plus, they’re service recently is poor in respect to punctuality. Always late, barely making your connection…. It’s pathetic

    1. You can blame the State of Hawaii for majority of all the delays in interisland flying. They closed down a major runway in HNL for construction and it’s being delayed even longer. Air traffic control also gives flow times to HNL from neighbor islands to give priority to transpacific flights.

  3. But will they Keep these flights?? Last year friends booked on the Orlando non-stop to Honolulu and had a great price, but then a couple months before their trip Hawaiian chose not to keep the route and left them hanging. Sure they refunded their money, but it wasn’t instant, and instead of paying $700/ticket it was now over $1,000/ticket . Hawaiian didn’t help them book new flights, nothing and dragged their heels at refunding to they were out the money for all new flights for a few days until the refund came. Careful!!! Trust must be earned and you have to live up to your obligations to keep the faith!

    1. I think the authors showed the dates they plan to do the added flights, they advertised the date range in advance, it is for summer travel increases.

  4. We don’t need these disrespectful people from Austin or Boston. They have No respect for the Islands and culture. They are just the worst tourists.

    1. That is a big generalization. Just because the flight originates in AUS or BOS does not mean they are from AUS or BOS.

      1. Yes. And there are a lot of nice people in those cities too. I’m so tired of Hawaiians being so rude to all the tourists because of a few bad actors. The cost of living in paradise is that Most of the economy is tourism. Enjoy the massive benefits tourists provide to the economy and be the better person when encountering the poor Representative of the mainland.

    2. Mahalo, I am from western Massachusetts and grew up in Makakilo on Oahu. I take offense to your generalizing that all people from Austin or Boston airports are disrespectful to the Islands. I still have ohana in Hawaii and am happy they do not act like you.

  5. Hawaiian… Please, please, please… Add a PDX to LIH direct flight!!! I am trying to stay loyal, but with the increase in inter-island issues it’s getting harder.
