True…I understand their reluctance to reopen, but their economy is scraping bottom of barrel. I say test at airport, then give contact info (ph# and where you are staying & how long). If by chance it comes back positive, then quaranteen is a necessity. If negative, let visitors enjoy.
Maybe it would create jobs having peeps tested! And put people back to work. They could run the tests to labs. Or do onsite
